Craft retreats are for 4 days and 3 nights starting at 10:00am on Thursday and ending at 2:00pm on Sunday.
Reserving your Date
To book a date on the calendar you need to pay a $300 non-refundable reservation deposit and sign a contract.
If you don’t change the date or cancel the retreat, then the $300 reservation deposit goes towards your security deposit in case of property damage.
If there is no damage to the property, the $300 security deposit will be refunded to you after the retreat.
Most hostesses just apply this deposit to their next retreat.
Payment Details
50% of the rental contract is due 90 days before your event. The other 50% plus any additional people or Serenity Suite rental is due 30 days before your weekend. You are responsible for collecting money from your retreaters.
What is Included
Each retreater is provided a 6-foot table, personal task light, comfy chair, plenty of electrical plugs, bed linens, pillow, wash cloth, bath towel and Wifi.
The craft room will be set up for the number of retreaters that you have reserved for the house. If you have reserved the house for 12 retreaters then there will be 12 tables, 12 lights and 12 comfy chairs.

For quilters there are two cutting tables with large cutting mats, multiple design boards, two ironing boards and two irons.
Amentities
Dinette
The dinette seats 20 people very comfortably with 2 tables of 10. There is a coffee bar area with a Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee pot and tea kettle. You will need to provide your own coffee, tea, creamer and sugar.
Kitchen
The kitchen is huge and fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare and serve food for a large group. When you host your own retreat food and drinks may or may not be included.
Ramp
There is a ramp to make it easy to transport all of your supplies in your rolling carts, suitcases and wagons.
Refridgerators
There is plenty of space for food and drinks. There are 3 full sized refrigerators available for use. One in the kitchen for meal prep or the hostess. One fridge is in the craft room for easy access for retreater's drinks and one in the extra kitchen/laundry room for food and drinks.
