Reserving your Date
To book a date on the calendar you need to pay a $500 reservation deposit and sign a contract.
$500 reservation deposit goes towards your security deposit in case of property damage.
If there is no damage to the property, the $500 security deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days after you check out.
Payment Details
50% of the rental contract is due 90 days before your event. If booking within 90 days, then 50% of the rental is due at time of booking. The other 50% is due 30 days before your check in date.
Cancellation Policy
If guest wishes to cancel reservation, it must be communicated in writing. Guest can cancel anytime 30 days prior to the check in date for full refund. Within 30 days of rental, there is no refund for payments made.
