$1050/night for Thurs. through Sunday
$1000/night for Mon. through Wed.
$400 one time cleaning fee

Reserving your Date
To book a date on the calendar you need to pay a $300 reservation deposit and sign a contract.
$300 reservation deposit goes towards your security deposit in case of property damage.
If there is no damage to the property, the $300 security deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days after you check out.
Payment Details
50% of the rental contract is due 90 days before your event. If booking within 90 days, then 50% of the rental is due at time of booking. The other 50% is due 30 days before your check in date.
Cancellation Policy
If guest wishes to cancel the reservation, it must be done in writing. If cancelled more than 90 days from event, then the reservation deposit is charged.
If cancelled from 30 days to 90 days prior to event, then 50% of rental cost is charged. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to event, then 100% of rental cost is charged.
