Host your own Craft Retreat without meals:
Rent the entire house for 20 people. ($195/person plus tax)
You do not share the house with other retreaters who are not part of your group. Hostess is responsible for signing contract and collecting money from the retreaters.
Rent the entire house for 20 people
When you host your own craft retreat for 20 retreaters, you rent the entire house. The price to book Circles Retreat for 3 nights is $3900 plus 9% hotel tax ($195/person plus tax.) Food and drinks are not included with this price.
There is an option to add 4 more people. There are 4 queen beds that people can share. If you choose to do that, each additional person over the 20 people is $150/per person plus tax. The absolute maximum number of people to be on the property at any time during your stay is 24 people. No exceptions to this rule.
Host your own Craft Retreat with catered meals:
Rent the entire house for 20 people. ($375/person)
5 meals included--3 dinners and 2 lunches
Catered meals start with Thursday dinner.
When you rent the house for 20 people with catered meals, the price per person would be $375/person including tax. This includes 3 dinners and 2 lunches with coffee starting with dinner on Thursday evening. No breakfasts are provided. Catered meals are for 20 people and there isn't an option to do part of the group. There is a list of meals to choose for lunches and dinners.
There is an option to add 4 more people. There are 4 queen beds that people can share. If you choose to do that, each additional person over the 20 people is $340/per person plus tax. The absolute maximum number of people to be on the property at any time during your stay is 24 people. No exceptions to this rule.
For Each Retreater
Each retreater is provided a 6-foot table, personal task light, comfy chair, electrical plugs, Wi-Fi, bed linens, one pillow, one wash cloth, one bath towel and sleeps in her own bed.
Craft Retreats
When you host your own Craft retreat they are for 4 days and 3 nights starting at 10:00AM on Thursday and ending at 2:00PM on Sunday.
There is an option to add Wednesday and Tuesday night for an extra charge.
Retreat Set-Up
The craft room will be set up for the number of retreaters that you have reserved. If you have quilters attending, there are design walls, ironing boards, irons and cutting tables with cutting mats.
