Options to Host Your Own Retreat without meals
If you rent the house for 12, 15 or 20 people, you do not share the house with other retreaters who are not part of your group. Hostess is responsible for signing contract and collecting money from the retreaters.
Rent the entire house for 20 people
​When you host your own craft retreat for 20 retreaters, you rent the entire house. The price to book Circles Retreat for 3 nights is $3700. ($185/person) Food and drinks are not included with this price.

There is an option to add 4 more people. There are 4 queen beds that people can share. If you choose to do that, each additional person over the 20 people is $100/per person. The absolute maximum number of people to be on the property at any time during your stay is 24 people. No exceptions to this rule.
Rent a portion of the house for 15 people
​When you host your own craft retreat for 15 retreaters, you rent the house minus 2 bedrooms and one bath. The bedrooms not included are Joyful and Peaceful by the game room. The price to book Circles Retreat for 15 people for 3 nights is $3375. ($225/person)
Food and drinks are not included with this price.
There is an option to add 3 more people. There are 3 queen beds in the areas of the house that you are renting that people can share if you choose to do that. Each additional person over the 15 people is $125/per person.
Rent a portion of the house for 12 people

When you host your own craft retreat for 12 retreaters, you rent the house minus the upstairs which is 3 bedrooms (Creative, Adventurous and Resilient) and 2 bathrooms. The price to book Circles Retreat for 3 nights is $3000. ($250/person) Food and drinks are not included with this price.
There is an option to add 2 more people. There are 2 queen beds in the areas of the house that you are renting that people can share. If you choose to do that, each additional person over the 12 people, is $125/per person.
For Each Retreater
Each retreater is provided a 6-foot table, personal task light, comfy chair, electrical plugs, Wi-Fi, bed linens, pillow, wash cloth, bath towel and sleeps in her own bed.
Craft Retreats
Craft retreats are for 4 days and 3 nights starting at 10:00am on Thursday and ending at 2:00pm on Sunday.
There is an option to add Wednesday night for an extra charge.
Retreat Set-Up
The craft room will be set up for the number of retreaters that you have reserved. If you have quilters attending, there are design walls, ironing boards, irons and cutting tables with cutting mats.
